“Esco Alley Art, a community event that

kicks off this spring to promote Escondido as an

Arts destination, is looking for local artists to

create a series of temporary murals for display

on the brick wall in the alley off Grand Avenue between

Maple Street and Juniper Street.

Artists will be provided with an 8 ft. x 8 ft. square panel

or 4 ft. x 8 ft. rectangular panel.

Completed murals will then be mounted to the alley wall.

The mural project is organized by the

Escondido Art Association and Escondido Downtown Business Association, and funded by community donations.
