Farmers' Market and Other Purveyors
Tuesdays on Grand Avenue between Juniper and Kalmia Street
Summer Hours: May 1 to September 30 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Winter Hours: October 1 to April 30 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Downtown Escondido Certified Farmers' Market and Other Purveyors, an open-air marketplace celebrating 15 years of operation, is located in the heart of the historic Downtown Commercial and Antique District of Escondido. Local small farmers and California growers sell the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables, flowers, herbs, nuts, eggs and honey. Other vendors offer gourmet chocolates, salsas, European breads, tamales, coffees, and other interesting items.
Vendor Requirements:
- Product must be grown in California
- Product must be sold by producer
- Product must be certified by the California Department of Agriculture
