Street Faire

The Escondido Downtown Street Faire is the second largest one-day street faire in the state. The Faire is sponsored by the Escondido Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Business Association. More than 60,000 people converge to check out the 600 unique vendors, who have a little of everything: arts and crafts, home improvement area, unique clothing, food from around the world, and more. Children's rides, animal demonstrations by the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and an old-fashioned pancake breakfast guarantee that you'll find fun for the whole family!

Escondido Certified Farmers' Market and Other Purveyors

Tuesdays on Grand Avenue between Juniper and Kalmia Street
3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Year Round

The Farmers Market features certified locally and California-grown farm-fresh produce, organics, cut or potted flowers or herbs, as well as exotic fruits and ready-to-eat foods from other regions. These fruits and vegetables are picked that very day for your eating pleasure. Try the gourmet chocolates, artisan breads, olives, cheeses, and specialty items too numerous to list! Fashion Week

After much discussion and consideration, the DBA Staff and Fashion Week Committee has decided not to hold a Fashion Week event this year.

We look forward to the possibilities of bringing the event back in 2011, and we thank you for your continued support
